§ 50-640a — Individuals prohibited from engaging in door-to-door sales

Kansas·Ch. 50 UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION·Art. 6 CONSUMER PROTECTION
The attorney general may post conspicuously on an official and publicly available website of the office of the attorney general any judgment or order that restrains, enjoins or otherwise prohibits a person from engaging in door-to-door sales, as defined in K.S.A. 21-6423(c), and amendments thereto.
