Text
Any telegraph or telephone company doing business in this state, or any person, firm, or corporation or association which shall violate the terms of this act, shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars for each offense, and, if a corporation, shall forfeit its charter or permit to do business in this state.
