Text

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or association engaged in the business of gathering and collecting news and news reports to refuse to furnish the regular system of news reports as established by such press association or news agency to any daily newspaper or the publisher thereof, upon demand and proffer of the usual charge for like service.
