If any provision of K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 50-1201 through 50-1210, and amendments thereto, or the application to any persons or circumstances is held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or application of K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 50-1201 through 50-1210, and amendments thereto, and to this end the provisions of K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 50-1201 through 50-1210, and amendments thereto, are declared to be severable.
