§ 50-110 — Jurisdiction of district courts; venue

Kansas·Ch. 50 UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION·Art. 1 RESTRAINT OF TRADE
(a)Jurisdiction. For the purpose of enforcing this act, the courts of this state shall have power to exercise jurisdiction over persons to the maximum extent permitted by the constitution of the United States.
(b)Venue. Every action pursuant to this act shall be brought in the district court of any county in which there occurred an act or practice declared to be a violation of this act or in the district court of Shawnee county.
