Text

The secretary of agriculture of the United States, authorized officers of the bureau of animal industry of such department, the state animal health commissioner of Kansas and the authorized deputies of such officials shall have free access to enter upon the premises of any and all persons who own or are in possession of domestic animals and free access to inspect and examine all such domestic animals which are:

(a)Affected with any infectious or contagious disease;
(b)suspected or reported to be affected with any infectious or contagious disease;
(c)located within any area which has been designated as a tuberculosis modified accredited area or brucellosis modified accredited area by the secretary of agriculture of the United States, or by an officer or authority under the United States
