Text
For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this act, the commissioner shall have power to make investigations and arrest any persons found violating this act and shall have, at all reasonable times, free and uninterrupted access to any and all buildings, yards, pens, chutes, or scales in or upon which any of such livestock may be kept, quartered, weighed or handled by any dealer.
