Text

The disinfection of the premises where a diseased animal or animals coming within the provisions of this act have been kept shall be under the supervision of the animal health commissioner, or the designee of the animal health commissioner. The animal health commissioner shall designate the materials to be used and the method of their application. The cost of such material together with the necessary labor of disinfecting shall be paid by the owner of such animals. Except for disinfection, the premises shall be kept in quarantine until such time as the animal health commissioner may determine.
