Text

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any virulent hog cholera virus to another unless the purchaser is:

(1)A holder of a permit from the animal health commissioner, currently in effect, authorizing such person to inject virulent hog cholera virus; or (2) a distributor of veterinarian supplies authorized by the animal health commissioner to handle and sell such virus.
