§ 47-2201 — Classifying ostriches, emus and rheas as livestock
All creatures of the ratite family that are not indigenous to this state, including but not limited to ostriches, emus and rheas, are hereby classified as livestock and shall be subject to all appropriate laws and rules and regulations relating to livestock.
