§ 47-2102 — Intentionally releasing domesticated deer; penalty

Kansas·Ch. 47 LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Art. 21 DOMESTICATED DEER

(a)It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally release or set free domesticated deer from a confined area.

(b)Violation of this section is a class C nonperson misdemeanor.
