§ 47-1901 — Definition

Kansas·Ch. 47 LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Art. 19 AQUACULTURE

As used in this act, "aquaculture" means the controlled cultivation and harvest of aquatic plants and animals.
