§ 47-1509 — Unlawful acts; penalty

Any person violating any of the provisions of this act, or any regulation promulgated by the commissioner, thereunder, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500. Each day upon which a violation shall be committed, or shall be permitted to continue, shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
