Text
The board is authorized and required to meet upon call by the commissioner, or upon written request of a majority of the members of the board. The secretary of the board shall keep minutes of all meetings called under authority of this act, separate, but concurrent with other duties prescribed by law. At least 10 days' notice shall be given of all called meetings of the board by the person or persons calling the meeting, unless the chairperson and secretary and the commissioner agree upon a shorter notice period.
