§ 47-1306 — Moving garbage or refuse on public street; restrictions
It shall be unlawful to move any garbage or the refuse of any locker plant or slaughterhouse upon any public street, alley, or highway, unless such garbage and such refuse shall be contained in a liquid-tight barrel or container, and so covered as to prevent spilling, or access to flies or insects.
