§ 47-123 — Damages to person injured; lien

Kansas·Ch. 47 LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS·Art. 1 STOCK RUNNING AT LARGE
Any owner whose livestock shall run at large, in violation of K.S.A. 47-122 shall be liable to the person injured for all damages resulting therefrom, and the person so damaged shall have a lien on said livestock for the amount of such damages.
