Text
The commissioner, after providing notice and opportunity for a hearing in accordance with the Kansas administrative procedure act, shall have power to suspend or revoke any license or permit issued under this act for the failure or refusal of any licensee or permit holder to obey and comply with the provisions of this act and all rules and regulations authorized and adopted thereunder.
