Text
All disposal plants, substations, and buildings used in connection therewith shall conform with the following requirements:
(1)All floors of buildings shall be constructed of concrete or other impervious material;
(2)adequate sanitary drainage must be provided; and all buildings must be so constructed and maintained that no unsterile liquid is permitted to escape openly therefrom. All disposal plants, substations and places of transfer shall be so located, arranged, constructed, and maintained, and the operation so conducted at all times consistent with public health and safety.
