Text

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of operating a disposal plant without first obtaining a license from the commissioner. It shall be unlawful for any person to transport or move upon a public highway carcasses of domestic animals or packing house refuse, except in a vehicle for which a permit has been obtained from the commissioner.
