Text

The joint committee on special claims against the state shall make determination of all claims submitted to it and a copy of its determination and recommendations shall be submitted to the claimant within 20 days after the joint committee makes its determination. Whenever the joint committee shall determine that the state should pay any amount to any claimant it shall recommend that an award be made in the amount so determined. All recommendations for awards shall be included in a bill or bills which shall be introduced in the name of the joint committee in either house of the legislature and referred to the committee on ways and means of the senate if introduced in the senate or the committee on appropriations of the house if introduced in the house of representatives for report and recom
