§ 46-1007 — Administration of oaths and affirmations

Kansas·Ch. 46 LEGISLATURE·Art. 10 INVESTIGATING COMMITTEES; COMPULSORY PROCESS
The chairperson or vice-chairperson of any investigating committee (or any member thereof so authorized by such committee) may administer oaths or affirmations for the purpose of receiving testimony.
