Text
There is hereby established a committee of administrative officials and employees of this state to be officially known as the governor's committee on interstate cooperation which shall consist of six (6) members. Its members shall be: The secretary of administration, ex officio; the attorney general, ex officio; the director of the budget and two (2) administrative officials or employees to be designated by the governor. The governor shall also be a member of the committee and may serve as chairman or may appoint one of the other members of the committee as its chairman.
