§ 46-153 — Approval of vouchers for payment from legislative appropriations
Expenditures of any amounts from appropriations for legislative expense shall be made only when vouchers therefor have been approved by either the president of the senate or the speaker of the house of representatives, in addition to any other approval required by law.
