§ 46-137c — Same; warrants for payment of compensation and expenses

Kansas·Ch. 46 LEGISLATURE·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Expenditures to carry out K.S.A. 46-137a and 46-137b shall be made upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the chairman or vice-chairman of the legislative coordinating council. Allowances under subsection (c) of K.S.A. 46-137a or any amendments thereto and compensation under K.S.A. 46-137b or any amendments thereto shall be payable on the first day of the month following the month for which the allowance or compensation is due.
