§ 46-127a — When judgment and order to be null and void

Kansas·Ch. 46 LEGISLATURE·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

Any judgment obtained in any cause tried contrary to the provisions of this act, and every order made by any court contrary to the provisions of this act, shall be null and void.
