Text
Whenever the Kansas legislative council or the secretary of the Kansas legislative council is referred to or designated by law, contract or other document, such reference or designation shall be deemed to mean and apply to the legislative coordinating council created by this act. Whenever any such statute provides for submission of recommendations or reports, such council may refer the matter submitted to appropriate committees. Whenever the research department of the Kansas legislative council is referred to or designated by law, such reference or designation shall be deemed to mean and apply to the legislative research department established by this act.
