In addition to other audits which the legislative post audit committee may direct the post auditor and the division of post audit to make, such committee may direct the post auditor and division of post audit to make any audit authorized by K.S.A. 46-1114 either upon such committee's own initiative or such committee may so direct when so requested by a concurrent resolution of the legislature, the governor or any member or committee of the legislature. In directing the post auditor to make any such requested audit, such committee may modify the object and direct the details of the audit to be performed.
