§ 40-5801 — Citation of act

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 58 ELECTRONIC NOTICES AND DOCUMENTS
The provisions of K.S.A. 40-5801 through 40-5804, and amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 40-5805, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the electronic notice and document act.
