§ 40-5401 — Short title

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 54 CONTROLLED INSURANCE PROGRAMS ACT
The provisions of K.S.A. 40-5401 through 40-5405, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the controlled insurance programs act.
