Text

(a)K.S.A. 40-4901 through 40-4918, and amendments thereto, shall constitute and be known as the uniform insurance agents licensing act.
(b)Except as provided in K.S.A. 40-4906 and subsection (b) of K.S.A. 40-4914, and amendments thereto, this act shall not apply to any excess and surplus lines agents and brokers licensed pursuant to K.S.A. 40-246b, and amendments thereto.
