Text
(a)K.S.A. 40-2228f through 40-2228h, and amendments thereto, shall be known as the Kansas long-term care insurance prompt payment act and shall apply to any policy of long-term care insurance issued or renewed in this state.
(b)The provisions of the Kansas long-term care prompt payment act shall take effect and be in force on and after January 1, 2008.
