§ 40-2209o — Same; violations, penalties

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 22 UNIFORM POLICY PROVISIONS
Violations of this act shall be treated as violations of the unfair trade practices act and subject to the penalties prescribed by K.S.A. 40-2407 and 40-2411 and amendments thereto.
