§ 4-104 — Election of representatives by districts

Kansas·Ch. 4 APPORTIONMENT·Art. 1 LEGISLATIVE AND CONGRESSIONAL
Each of the districts mentioned in the preceding section shall choose one representative, and no voter shall vote for a representative except in the district in which the voter is a legal elector.
