§ 38-506 — Admission of children

Kansas·Ch. 38 MINORS·Art. 5 DETENTION AND PARENTAL HOMES OR FARMS
Any child who is homeless, deprived, wayward, miscreant, delinquent, a child in need of care or a juvenile offender may be kept at the home provided for by this act, upon order of the judge of the district court.
