Text
Any child placing agency having a child in foster care or institutional care may recommend to the secretary support of the adoption of such child and may include in its recommendation any other information likely to assist the secretary in carrying out the functions vested in him by this act. Such agency may be retained by the secretary to make the required replacement study or supervision of the prospective adoptive home.
