Text
Except as provided in K.S.A. 38-2343 and 38-2360, and amendments thereto, the rules of evidence of the code of civil procedure shall apply in all hearings pursuant to this code. The presiding judge shall not consider, read or rely upon any report not properly admitted according to the rules of evidence.
