There is hereby established in the state treasury the family services and community intervention fund which shall be administered by the secretary. The secretary may accept money from any source for the purposes for which money in the family services and community intervention fund may be expended. Moneys received shall be remitted to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of the family services and community intervention fund.
