§ 34-295b — Same; separation from other records; inspection
Kansas·Ch. 34 GRAIN AND FORAGE·Art. 2 INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES
All such records and accounts shall be kept separate and distinct from the records and accounts of any other business, and shall be subject to the inspection by the secretary or an authorized representative of the secretary at all reasonable times.
