Text
(a)The secretary of agriculture is authorized and empowered to enter into contracts and agreements necessary to cooperate with the commodity credit corporation, a public corporation organized under the laws of the United States or other federal agencies to make uniform the procedures followed in examining state licensed public grain warehouses and to make available to the commodity credit corporation or other federal agencies the information acquired under such examining procedures by state warehouse examiners.
