§ 34-268 — How lien may be lost

Kansas·Ch. 34 GRAIN AND FORAGE·Art. 2 INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

A warehouseman loses his lien upon grain:

(a)By surrendering possession thereof; or (b) by refusing to deliver the grain when a demand is made with which he is bound to comply with the provisions of this act.
