§ 34-260 — Interpleader of adverse claimants

Kansas·Ch. 34 GRAIN AND FORAGE·Art. 2 INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES
If more than one person claim the title or possession of the grain, the warehouseman may, either as a defense to an action brought against him for nondelivery of the grain, or by an original suit, whichever is appropriate, require all known claimants to interplead.
