§ 34-243 — Definition of nonnegotiable receipt

Kansas·Ch. 34 GRAIN AND FORAGE·Art. 2 INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

A receipt in which it is stated that the grain received will be delivered to the depositors or to any other specified person is a nonnegotiable receipt.
