§ 34-242 — Same; numbering; required information
Kansas·Ch. 34 GRAIN AND FORAGE·Art. 2 INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES
All warehouse receipts issued by any public warehouse shall be numbered consecutively and no two receipts bearing the same number shall be issued from the same warehouse during any one year. If the grain was received from a railroad car, wagon, truck or other means, the manner of its receipt shall be stated on its face.
