If grain is delivered for storage in any licensed public warehouse and the warehouseman's storage is limited, the public warehouseman may transfer grain for storage to another licensed public warehouse where storage is available. The owner of the grain may designate the receiving licensed public warehouse if a written contract to that effect has been entered into and agreed upon between the owner of the grain and the warehouseman prior to the deposit of the grain. Upon receipt of the grain by the receiving warehouseman, from the originating warehouseman, a negotiable warehouse receipt must be issued upon the demand of the owner of the grain.
