§ 34-231 — Penalty for failure to obtain license; refusal to reissue revoked license, when

Kansas·Ch. 34 GRAIN AND FORAGE·Art. 2 INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

(a)Transaction of any public warehouse business at any public warehouse without a currently valid public warehouse license for that warehouse or without having the license displayed in the office room of the warehouse is a class C misdemeanor.

(b)The secretary may refuse to renew any license or grant a new one to any person whose license has been revoked within one year from the time of the revocation.
