§ 34-2,109 — Warehouseman's annual statement of depositor's grain
Kansas·Ch. 34 GRAIN AND FORAGE·Art. 2 INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES
(a)Every public warehouseman shall submit, annually, to each depositor of open storage or grain bank grain, a statement of grain stored in the public warehouse. The statement shall include, but not be limited to, the following information:
(1)Type of grain deposited;
(2)the total bushels or pounds stored;
(3)the year storage of grain began; and
(4)the storage rate.
(b)The provisions of this section are supplemental to the provisions of chapter 34 of Kansas Statutes Annotated.
