Text
The provisions of this act relating to licensing, bonding and supervision of warehouses shall not be construed to apply to any public warehouseman who is, or shall hereafter be, duly licensed under the federal warehouse act, except that the provisions of K.S.A. 34-2,112, and amendments thereto, shall apply to all state and federally licensed warehouses.
