§ 31-705 — Inspectors, employment status, compensation

Kansas·Ch. 31 FIRE PROTECTION·Art. 7 STATE FIRE MARSHAL COMMISSIONED INSPECTOR ACT
(a)An employee of a state educational institution who is appointed as a commissioned inspector shall not be considered an employee of the office of state fire marshal.
(b)An employee of a state educational institution who is appointed as a commissioned inspector shall receive no monetary compensation from the office of the state fire marshal for performing powers, duties or functions of a commissioned inspector.
