§ 31-142 — Judicial review of fire marshal's action

Kansas·Ch. 31 FIRE PROTECTION·Art. 1 FIRE SAFETY AND PREVENTION
Any action of the state fire marshal pursuant to K.S.A. 31-140, and amendments thereto, is subject to review in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act.
