§ 3-801 — Kansas facilities in an adjoining state

Kansas·Ch. 3 AIRCRAFT AND AIRFIELDS·Art. 8 COOPERATION WITH ADJOINING STATES
The governing body of any political subdivision of this state is hereby authorized to acquire, establish, construct, own, control, lease, equip, improve, maintain, and operate airports, or restricted landing areas, or other air navigation facilities in an adjoining state whose laws permit, subject to the laws of such state, but subject to the laws of this state in all matters relating to financing such projects.
